Every day passes and I get a little bit older. This is a completely terrifying realization. I don’t ever want to get to the point in life where 20 is young to me.
Political Conversation
I have decided that I now have requirements for political conversations. If you want to talk politics with me, I will preface the discussion with a two-prong question: Do you believe 1) the current president is a Muslim or 2) the current president was not born in America? If you can answer “yes” to either of the prongs of my question, then we will not be discussing politics anytime soon. Why? Because you have spontaneously, and instantaneously demonstrated to me that you do not possess the mental capacity to comprehend the difference between what is “fact” and what is “opinion.” And I will not waste my time or knowledge on you. If you can answer “no” to the prongs of that question then we may proceed, even if you disagree with every stance I take. You ARE allowed to have your own opinions, but you ARE NOT allowed to live in your own [made-up] reality.

Huntsman Joining The 2012 Presidential Election?
Now they’re telling me that (soon to be former) Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman could be joining the Republican field for 2012…what does the possibility of having TWO Mormons in the race (Huntsman and Romney) do to a field that will likely be full of Evangelical Christians like Palin, Gingrich, Huckabee, Thune, Barbour, etc.???
